No. Your files stay in My Library for as long as the shop exists. Download links themselves refresh each time, so always start from My Library or your order email.

No. Sign in with your email and we send you a link that logs you straight in. The link works once and expires after one hour.

Yes. Every page is designed to print clean in black and white on a home printer or a school copier.

Choose "actual size" or "100%" in your print settings instead of "fit to page." Fit to page shrinks everything, including the writing lines.

Choose the grade your learner is working at, not the grade they are in. Every product covers a range of grades so there is room to start lower or higher.

No. Every product comes with a grown-up guide that tells you what to do, what to say, and what to try when a child gets stuck. It's written for parents and teachers alike.

Yes. The same product works one on one at the kitchen table or with a small group or whole class.

One purchase covers one classroom or one family. Please send colleagues to the shop rather than sharing files, so they get their own copy and future updates.

You can share photos of your learners using the pages, and we love seeing them. Please don't upload the files themselves anywhere others can download them.

Credit shows in your cart as a checkbox. Tick it and it comes off your order. Credit never expires, can only be used in this shop, and has no cash value.

After your first purchase you get a personal link in My Library. Friends who use it get 10% off their first order, and you get 10% of what they spend as credit.

Review anything you bought from My Library and you earn $0.50 in credit. Every honest review earns it, whatever the rating. Free downloads can be reviewed too, without credit. Rewarded reviews show a note that the reviewer received credit.

Pick an amount from $5 to $200, enter the recipient's email, and choose when it should arrive. They get an email with a code. Redeeming the code adds the amount to their store credit, which they can use at checkout.

No. The credit stays in the account until it's used.

Yes. Pick a day up to a year ahead and it's emailed that morning. You get a receipt with the code right away.
