What we collect

Your email address when you sign up for freebies, buy something or sign in. Your order history, downloads, store credit, referral activity and any reviews you write. If you tell us your role (for example teacher or homeschool parent), we keep that too.

We do not collect children's information. Our site is for adults buying for children. Generators that use student names run in your own browser, and those names are not sent to us.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive the email, amount and confirmation of payment, plus a card identifier Stripe provides to prevent referral misuse. We never see or store your full card number.

Who helps us run the shop

Netlify (hosting), Supabase (accounts, orders and files), Stripe (payments), Resend (order and sign-in emails), MailerLite (newsletters), Microsoft Clarity (how the site is used) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads). Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

Emails

Order and sign-in emails are sent because you need them. Newsletters are only sent if you sign up or tick the box, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and storage

We use your browser's storage to remember your cart, a referral code from a friend's link, and your sign-in session.

To see how the shop is doing, we count visits with our own simple counter: which page was viewed, the website you came from, and whether you're on a phone, tablet or computer. It uses no cookies, never stores your IP address, and can't recognize you from one day to the next.

On shop pages we also use Microsoft Clarity to see how the site is used, for example how far people scroll and where they get stuck, so we can make it easier to use. Clarity records clicks, scrolling and page layout, uses cookies to group a visit together, and hides anything typed into forms. It is never used on your library, sign-in or order pages. We use the Meta Pixel so our Facebook and Instagram ads reach people likely to find our pages useful, and so we can tell which ads lead to a sign-up or purchase. It tells Meta which pages you view, what you add to your cart, when you get a freebie and when you buy, along with the order amount. We never send your email address, name or anything typed into a form. Meta may use cookies to connect this to your Facebook or Instagram account. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and you can block it with your browser's privacy or ad blocking settings. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from newsletters anytime, and you can email hello@wiggle-wise.com to see, correct or delete your information. We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting.
