Who we are

Wiggle Wise is run by Shana Lichtman, 7136 Little Neck Parkway, Glen Oaks, NY 11004. You can reach us at hello@wiggle-wise.com. By buying from or using wiggle-wise.com you agree to these terms.

Your license

When you buy a product you get a license to use it, not ownership of it. One purchase covers one classroom or one family. You may print as many copies as that classroom or family needs.

You may not share, resell, upload or distribute the files, or use them to make products of your own. Schools and districts that want several users can buy a school license.

Digital products and refunds

Products are digital downloads delivered instantly, so all sales are final. If something isn't working the way you hoped, or you have any question, email hello@wiggle-wise.com and we'll help.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure. Your purchases stay available in My Library for as long as the shop operates.

Store credit

Store credit can be earned through referrals and reviews and used only on wiggle-wise.com. It has no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and does not expire. We may remove credit earned through misuse, such as referring yourself or creating extra accounts.

Gift cards

Gift cards are sold in amounts from $5 to $200, delivered by email, and redeemed into store credit on wiggle-wise.com. They do not expire. Like store credit, they have no cash value, are final sale, and can only be used in this shop. A gift card can't be used to buy another gift card. Please keep your code safe; we can't replace a lost or shared code unless we can match it to the original purchase.

Referrals

Friends who use your referral link get a discount on their first order. You earn credit when a referred friend buys. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and orders paid with the same card as the referrer do not earn credit.

Reviews

Only buyers can review a product. Reviewers receive store credit for any honest review, whatever the rating, and rewarded reviews are labeled. We don't remove reviews for being negative. We may hide reviews that contain spam, abuse or personal information.

Prices and sales

Prices are in US dollars. Sale prices apply only during the sale dates shown. Any sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Educational use

Our products support learning at home and at school. They are not medical, psychological or diagnostic tools and are not a substitute for professional evaluation or services.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
