How it works

1

One strategy a week

Each week teaches one small strategy with a name your learner can remember and use.

2

The same five pages every week

Teach it, try it, use it, take it home, and look back. The rhythm never changes, so there is nothing to plan.

3

Practice that leaves the page

Every week moves from paper to a real school moment to home, so the strategy shows up where it is needed.

4

Two levels in one file

Level A for kindergarten to 2nd grade is read aloud by an adult. Level B for grades 3 to 5 is written for older readers.

What's inside

Three weeks at two levels
Fifteen student pages per level plus a unit review, with Level A read aloud by an adult.
A grown-up page for every week
A unit primer plus one page per week with what to say, what to look for, and the answers.
Tools for the classroom and home
An anchor poster, strategy cards, a family letter, a progress page, a noticing log, and a certificate.

Using it

At home

Go at your learner's pace, one step or one page at a time. Read the grown-up guide once and you're ready, no teaching background needed.

In a classroom

Run it as an intervention, a small group or independent practice. It prints clean on the school copier.

Questions

Do I need any background in executive functioning?

No. Every week has a grown-up page that explains what to say, what to look for, and the answers. Nothing is assumed.

Which level should I use?

Use Level A if writing is the obstacle, whatever the age, and Level B if your learner can write two sentences without a fight. You can mix them or switch at any time.

Does this diagnose or treat anything?

No. It teaches skills. It does not assess, diagnose, or treat any condition.

Will it print well in black and white?

Yes. Every page uses white backgrounds and outlines instead of solid color, so it prints cleanly and saves ink.

Is this part of a bigger curriculum?

Yes. This is unit 4 of 10 from the Executive Functioning Curriculum. The full curriculum has all ten units in one book.

How do I get my files?

Right after checkout you'll see download buttons, and we email you a link too. Everything is saved in My Library to re-download anytime.

Will it print in black and white?

Yes. Every page is designed to print clean in black and white on a home printer or a school copier.

Can I use it with a whole class?

Yes. One purchase covers one classroom or one family. Buying for several teachers or a whole school? See school licenses.

What if I have a problem or a question?

Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. If something isn't working the way you hoped, or you have any question at all, email hello@wiggle-wise.com and we'll help.
