Which grades is this for?
Kindergarten to 3rd grade. Level A is for K and 1st, Level B for 1st to 3rd, and Level C for confident writers in 2nd and 3rd.
Do I need special paper?
No. Printer paper works. Cardstock for the cover makes the doors a little sturdier.
How long does it take?
About 45 minutes, or two short sessions: plan and color one day, write and build the next.
Can kids at different levels make the same craft?
Yes. Every level builds the same craft, so the finished pieces look the same from the front.
Is the bat smaller to write in?
Yes. The bat holds a short story, so it is a great pick for younger writers or a quick day.
