It helps. Laminate it or slide it into a sheet protector and use a dry erase marker, and one mat lasts all year.
Does it cover regrouping?
No. These mats are for facts with no trading. The Regrouping mats are the next step.

Grades 1 to 3, and older learners still building place value within 100.
